Acceptable use

Not allowed

• Sexual content involving children, or any material that sexualises a minor.
• Content that encourages violence, terrorism, self-harm or hatred of a group.
• Copying someone else's book, pasting protected text and passing the result off as your own work.
• Impersonating a real person, or writing false claims about someone that could damage them.
• Deliberate misinformation on health, safety, elections or the law presented as fact.
• Sharing another person's private information, or uploading material you have no permission to use.
• Automated abuse: scraping, reselling access, evading limits or creating accounts in bulk.

What happens if the rules are broken

Depending on what has happened we may remove a shared link, remove content, pause generation, suspend the account or close it. Serious cases are reported to the authorities. We tell you the reason unless we are legally prevented from doing so.
