Try before you pay

Every writer can use the free daily allowance without a card, so you can judge the quality of the writing before spending anything.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it will not renew.

Refunds

• If you ask within 14 days of a first payment and you have generated very little writing, we refund in full.
• If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged because something on our side failed, we refund in full whenever you notice.
• Where a plan has been heavily used, we may offer a part refund for the unused portion instead.
• Refunds return to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 days.
